Our courses and workshops can be taken as stand alone modules, or purposely built /bespoke providing, for example, Team Leaders/Supervisors and Managers with the key 'brief-case' skills needed to make their role more effective and efficient.

 

The workshops encompass many areas, and at different levels, ranging from soft-skills, to behavioural, through to teambuilding and understanding the role of a manager/team leader. 


Courses and Workshops can be either bespoke and tailored to your organisation, or can be taken on our Open / Public Course offerings.


In addition, our courses and workshops can be taken online  or as part of a blended learning solution.

ACTIVE Coaching ® 


Another of our unique flag-ship programmes is our innovative  ACTIVE Coaching ® Coaching for Excellence, which has been developed following over 15 years of Coaching experience, from delivery of programmes to 1-2-1 Coaching and Mentoring support.


This uses proven practical techniques, backed up by academic theory and understanding to build into a powerful and comprehensive Coaching methodology.


TEAM Colours ® - Team building profile


In our 'Teambuilding / High Performing Teams' workshops (and other workshops aligned to teambuilding development), we use our unique TEAM Colours® team profiling tool.


This simple, and very innovative paper-based assessment helps facilitate discussions on team dynamics, group roles, communication and problem solving, as well as team diversity and team identity, amongst many other behavioural aspects.
