Terms and Conditions (General Overview)
- Fees: all fees are inclusive of UK VAT, unless otherwise stated.
- VAT: required VAT will be processed via 'PMR Training and Development Ltd'., a UK Limited Company : 8574487 - VAT Registration: 169012123.
- Payment: payment may be as per individual payment (electronic cashless – i.e PayPal, Bank Card, Bank Transfer) or on behalf of a Organisation/Company. If through a Organisation/Company this will be through a Purchase Order (PO) and Invoice arrangement. Access or provision of any service will only be allowed if the full fee is paid in advance (e.g. Individual); or a confirmed PO from the respective company / organisation.
- Cancellation: Once a service has been agreed, written confirmation is needed for any service cancellation. If cancelled within 2 weeks of the service provision this will incur a 50% fee of payment, and from 1 week 100%. Cancellations will also incur an additional 5% cancellation admin fee. One-for-one substitutions are allowed at no additional cost, in lieu of cancellation, following written agreement from the PMR Training and Development Ltd., representative. In other circumstances, availability permitting, the respective individual(s) may be offered an alternative date within 1 month of the original agreed date.
- Force Majeure: the company reserves the right to act accordingly, with no liability, if situations arise outside the control of the company. This may include external communication compatibility issues, sickness, or other situations that may arise. The company reserves the right to re-arrange, dates, times, etc., to mitigate these acts as far as is reasonable. Where possible, notification will be given to the parties.
- Equal Opportunities / Fair Access: we will strive to provide services and level of professionalism to account for any fair access or equal opportunity requirement.
- Respect and Discrimination: we reserve the right to remove association with any client, vendor, individual who does not show the correct respect or they demonstrate discrimination through their language or actions to fellow individuals, delegates, PMR Training and Development Ltd., staff, trainers, systems or equipment. Individual(s) concerned will be removed, cessation of any contract, with no refund awarded of any costs. If the individual(s) from an Organisation/Company the respective Representative will be informed.
