What’s the workshop about?

 

It is often cited that a company is only as good as its people; if people perform well then, the company should also perform well.  Ensuring that people’s performance is managed effectively in achieving goals aligned with the objectives of the organisation can help unify and promote greater performance and greater results.


This workshop has been developed to provide the knowledge and understanding to manage performance as well as how to conduct meaningful Appraisal / Personal Development Reviews.  The workshop will cover the definition of performance management, systems and process, correct goal/objective setting, as well as cascading objectives, conducting a performance review, giving feedback, team performance and managing development expectations.


Note:  If run in-house the workshop will be tailored to incorporate your own company appraisal system and documentation.
