What’s the workshop about?


There are times when we would like to make a lasting impression; there are times we have to be listened to, to be taken seriously.  Have you ever felt dread when having to network in a room full of strangers?  All of these situations require having good interpersonal skills.

This highly informational workshop will provide you with the knowledge and understanding to increase your interpersonal skills and build rapport with others.  The course will cover amongst others things:  non-verbal communication, the power of questions, understanding proximity rules as well as gaining an awareness of cultural differences.  It will look at how to engage with people, ‘work the room’, as well as build rapport and develop meaningful relationships.
